HR Assistant – Mandarin Speaking is required. 


Job Description:
  • Support all new hire onboarding processes and benefit administration.
  • Managing payroll processing and time card management.
  • Assist to maintain an understanding of policies, procedures and regulations relevant to human resources.
  • Assist to process benefit enrollment, changes, termination with the benefit providers.
  • Data entry of new employees’ information.
  • Assist to organize, maintain and update personnel files.
  • Recruiting support duties include screening, scheduling interviews for supervisor, conducting reference checks and assembling orientation information for new hires.
  • Enter employment data into computer database.
  • Track and update hourly employees’ leaves of absence.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training session.
Experience:

2 years of proven administrative assistant experience or 1 year of HR experience.
Microsoft Office, Windows & Excel

Education Requirements:

BA/ BS Degree

Language Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Mandarin required.

Special Requirements:

Must be an excellent communicator.
2 years of experience in HR preferred
Ability to handle confidential information.
