Support all new hire onboarding processes and benefit administration.
Managing payroll processing and time card management.
Assist to maintain an understanding of policies, procedures and regulations relevant to human resources.
Assist to process benefit enrollment, changes, termination with the benefit providers.
Data entry of new employees’ information.
Assist to organize, maintain and update personnel files.
Recruiting support duties include screening, scheduling interviews for supervisor, conducting reference checks and assembling orientation information for new hires.
Enter employment data into computer database.
Track and update hourly employees’ leaves of absence.
Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training session.
2 years of proven administrative assistant experience or 1 year of HR experience.
Microsoft Office, Windows & Excel
BA/ BS Degree
Bilingual in English and Mandarin required.
Must be an excellent communicator.
2 years of experience in HR preferred
Ability to handle confidential information.
